CEP Local 911, representing  Saskatchewan employees of ISM Canada , is headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Our members are  Information Technology professionals providing a wide range of technical and consulting expertise to customers of ISM Canada (Information Systems Management Canada), part of IBM Global Services. We are part of The Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada.
